Terms and conditions

You rent a photobooth from Shippics for one event, on the date you choose when booking. The rental includes the device, shipping to your delivery address, pickup afterwards, the strip editor, the online gallery and support.

Your booking is final once payment is completed. Until then, a chosen date cannot be guaranteed.

We deliver the booth a few days before your event to the address you provided in Belgium, the Netherlands, France or Luxembourg, and pick it up again afterwards. Delivery and return are free.

After your event you pack the booth back into its original box. Keep it ready for pickup; if the device stays with you considerably longer than agreed, we may charge additional rental days.

Treat the device with normal care: indoor use, not in the rain, no opening it up. Damage caused by abnormal use may be charged at repair cost.

If something goes wrong during your event, contact our support. Much can be fixed remotely; even without internet the booth keeps taking photos and printing.

The photos taken at your event are yours. As the event owner you make sure your guests know photos are being taken, and you handle their requests, for example removing a photo.

Photos are automatically deleted 90 days after your event; details are in our privacy statement.

Rescheduling to another available date is free up to 14 days before your event, via our support.

If you cancel up to 30 days before your event, we refund the full amount. Between 30 and 14 days we refund half. After that no refund is possible, because the date was blocked for other customers.

If the booth fails during your event through our fault and we cannot fix it remotely, we refund the rental price. Our liability is limited to the amount of your booking.

Shippics is not liable for indirect damage, nor for loss of photos caused by circumstances beyond our control. We do everything to keep every photo safe: photos reach your online gallery within seconds of each session.

Belgian law applies to these terms. In case of a dispute we first look for a solution together; failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Shippics' registered office have jurisdiction.
