How long can I rent the photobooth?
You rent per event: the booth arrives a few days before your party and is collected a few days after. Plenty of margin to set up calmly.
Do I need internet at my venue?
The booth has built-in mobile internet (5G). Taking photos and printing even works fully offline, as soon as the network returns, your photos upload automatically.
What if something breaks or gets stuck?
The booth heals itself in most cases and we monitor every booth live. Paper running low? We see it before your guests do. Printing unavailable? Photos always stay available via the QR.
Do I pay anything at delivery or return?
No. Delivery and pickup are completely free and there is no deposit. The price you see when booking is all you pay.
Can I design the photo strip myself?
Yes! In the online editor you personalize everything: colors, texts, your names, your logo and stickers. Start from a template or blank, the preview shows exactly what the booth prints.
Which languages does the booth screen support?
Dutch, French and English. You pick your event's language in your portal; the booth adapts instantly.
